Registration through online or offline by visit the University Campus

Raffles University has an online application process. You are required to provide information such as your personal contact details, educational qualifications, achievements/ extracurricular activities and statement of purpose, etc.

Please register on the Raffles University website (http://pay.rafflesuniversity.edu.in/) to register yourself or visit the University campus for registration.


Situation Test and Personal Interview

The candidates will be finally selected for admission based on the candidates' performance in the Situation Test and Personal Interview.

The following weightage will be given for each component of the selection criteria and composite scores will be computed based on the following selection criteria.

1. Situation Test: 40%

2. Personal Interview: 60%


Confirmation of Selection and declaration of result

Raffles University shall evaluate your candidature based on ST and PI and send offer of Registration/ Admission.


Offer of Registration/ Admission

Letter of Registration /Admission will be sent to selected candidates through email / by post.


Acceptance of the offer of Registration/ Admission

Selected candidates need to accept their admissions offer within the validity period. Required information will be detailed in your admission offer letter.

The required documents to be submitted at the time of registration/Admission are:

  • Copy of Letter of Registration/ Admission
  • Migration Certificate (No objection certificate from the Board/ University last attended)
  • Attested copy of 10th , 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation Degree/certificate (As per Couse Eligibility Criteria)
  • Character certificate (from the head of the Institute from which the student has obtained his qualifying degree or any Gazetted officer.
  • Documentary proof for date of birth
  • Gap certificate (in Original) (if applicable)
  • Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (if an applicant has passed qualifying examination from outside India)
  • Attested Copy of Aadhar Card
  • 4 Passport size Colour photographs.
  • Any other relevant certificate

  • Payment of Registration / Admission Fee

    Registration Fee: You can pay Rs. 1000 /- (One Thousand only) online or cash counter at University campus as registration fee along with registration form and requisite academic certificate.

    Admission Fee: You can pay Rs. 11000 /- (Eleven thousand only) online or cash counter at University campus as Admission fee along with registration form and requisite academic certificate.

    After submitting the registration / Admission form along with receipt of registration /Admission fee and all academic documents, a provisional registration /Admission letter will be issued to registered candidate.


    Admission deposit fees can be paid through the following modes:

  • Cash Deposit to Account office in University Campus
  • Swapping of your Debit Card or Credit Card on swap machine.
  • Demand Draft (DD)
  • Cheque in favour of Raffles University payable at Neemrana
  • Cash deposit at any branch of YES Bank

    Confirmation of Provisional Admission

    Successful submission of fee along with academic document as per rules, provisional admission letter will be issued to students and They will communicate all the necessary information about your joining such as reporting date and time, academic calendar, housing details, documents to be submitted during enrolment, items to bring to campus, and induction schedule before the commencement of academic program.


    Withdrawal of Admission and fee

    If a candidate wishes to withdraw his/her admission after accepting the offer and having paid the admission deposit fee, he/ she can make a request by sending an e-mail to admission@rafflesuniversity.edu.in from his/her registered e-mail id seeking refund.

    The university shall refund the deposit fee after deducting INR 11000, if such a request is received before the specified date.
