To ensure quality education as the major concern through all the initiatives & ingenuities engaged with internal and external sustenance and to adopt a system for cognizant, reliable and consistent development in the overall performance of Raffles University.
Objective :
- To create an environment for quality education with benchmark of changing needs of academic sector.
- To promote measures for organizational functioning towards quality enhancement to achieve holistic development of the student.
- To assure quality teaching and learning practices with innovative approaches.
Functions :
- Development of Quality Culture in University followed by applicable quality assurance bodies like PCI, BCI, ICAR, AICTE, UGC and NAAC
- Determine Parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the university
- Enabling the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive for quality education and experiential learning
- Organizing Faculty development programs to update the recent trends of knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process
- Collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related organizational processes for fulfilling their needs
- Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders through website and quarterly newsletter.
- Facilitating and organizing the workshops, seminars, conferences on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles on emerging topics.
- Documentation of the various programmes/activities pertaining to quality yparameters.
- Acting as a nodal agency of the university for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices
- Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative Audit and its follow-up on semester basis

To identify the strength, weaknesses and bottlenecks in the existing academic support mechanisms of departments, central units and to identify the area for continuous improvement in the academic environment, teaching-learning and the evaluation processes for the overall growth of students
