While, his area of interest for teaching is Quantitative Techniques, Business Statistics, Research Methodology and Accounting; the research inclination is towards Labour Welfare and Accounting. He has worked as a Research Fellow on a major research project funded by UGC at Dayal Singh College, University of Delhi, and as Academic Counsellor for M. • Dr. Tannu is a distinguished academician and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Alabbar School of Management, Raffles University, Neemrana. With a career spanning 10 years of teaching experience in academics, she has developed deep expertise in Finance and Accounting, supported by an impressive academic foundation including a Ph.D. in Commerce (2025), an M.Phil. in Finance, and dual Master’s degrees (M.Com and MBA). A three-time UGC NET qualifier, Dr. Tannu is recognized for her dedication to bridging the gap between theoretical financial frameworks and practical industrial application through over a decade of classroom excellence and mentorship. Her research portfolio is notably diverse, focusing on investment behavior, financial inclusion, and the intersection of finance with technology (Fin-tech). Dr. Tannu is a prolific author who has contributed significantly to the academic literature; her works include the textbook "Financial Management: Theory & Application" and the recently authored volume, "Recent Trends in Science and Technology and Management: A Multi- disciplinary Approach." Beyond traditional publishing, she is an innovator in her field, holding an Indian Utility Patent and multiple Design Patents for financial and consumer behavior devices.
