Raffles University is creating an enabling environment for a sustainable industry-academia partnership. The objectives being to bridge the gap between industry needs and available skills, expose faculty to latest industry trends and practices, and most significantly, help students pick up industry-relevant skills and knowledge, thereby improving their employability prospects.

Raffles University is leveraging an ecosystem around a large and diverse set of industries and corporate organizations. Stressing the importance of the industry perspective in its programmes, the Raffles University has entered into Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with several national and international industries aimed at facilitating a mutually beneficial internship, industrial training programme for its of students.

Gallop and Bounce, HR Services Pvt Ltd., Jaipur visited School of Management on 17th of November for Management Trainee recruitment from final year students of MBA, BBA and BCom. They have selected 13 students for their Jaipur and Neemrana branch office.

Campus Drive for Management Trainee Recruitment

For the first time that school of Management had a campus drive for selection of management trainees. Gallop and Bounce, HR Services Pvt Ltd., Jaipur visited School of Management on 17th of November for Management Trainee recruitment from final year students of MBA, BBA and B Com. Stipend will be given to students if they achieve their monthly targets. These students would be joining them for a six-month training period starting January, 2017. Upon successful completion of their training period they would give a certificate and will be given full time employment either with them or would be placed with one of their clients.

We hope to have many more such drive-in future for placement of our students from other schools as well.
