Experience/Achievements:

• Prof.(Dr.) S D Sharma is a renowned Professor and Scholar of Human Rights, Constitution and Jurisprudence. He was born on 31st December 1957 in Champawat district of Uttarakhand. Professor Sharma began his career as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Law, Kumaun University, SSJ Campus, Almora. Professor Sharma has held various administrative positions in number of Government Institutions like University Grant Commission, Union Public Service Commission, Public Service Commission of various States, Semi Governmental Institutions like Company Secretary, State and Central Universities. Professor Sharma has also served as member, Expert Committee in Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India since 2002 to 2015 (on the basis of two-years tenure each time). Professor Sharma has successfully completed major and minor projects funded by University Grant Commission, New Delhi.

• Professor Sharma has authored number of books on Human Rights, Jurisprudence, Creative Activities and the Law, Criminal Procedure Code, Right to information & Human Rights and terrorism ( Parameters of North-East ). He has written scores of Articles and Research papers which are published in high impact Legal Journals. An off decorated academician, he has been conferred with various awards, citations and chief among them are 'Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon Award' 2017 by the President of India for his extra-ordinary contribution in the area of Legal research, Bharat Gaurav award and Vivekanand Puraskar.

• Dr. Malik is working as an Assistant Professor in School of Law in this University. He is a thorough academician with over 6 years of teaching & administrative experience and has held position as an Assistant Professor Department of Law across renowned educational Institutions E.g. Aligarh Muslim University, Malappuram Centre Kerala, Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology, New Delhi Affiliated to GGSIP University and Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Law, Bareilly from India. He is an expert in Constitutional Law and area of interest is Criminal Law, Family Law, Human Rights and Legal Method etc. Dr. Malik did his Master in Law from Aligarh Muslim University in 2009 and awarded his thesis from Jamia Millia Islamia A Central University, New Delhi in 2017. He is also awarded Junior Research Fellowship in June 2011. Dr. Malik has written several Research Articles on different field in law and published a Book.

• Dr. Roopesh Kumar is working as an Assistant Professor School of Law at Raffles University Neemrana. He was awarded Ph.D. Degree from Babu Jagjivan Ram Institute of Law, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh) in the year 2022. His research theme was An appraisal of constitutional provisions relating to the State of Jammu and Kashmir: Issues and Challenges. Dr. Roopesh Kumar passed LL.M. (Business Law) from the Department of Law, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana) in 2008. He qualified for UGC NET (Law) in June 2013. Before joining the School of Law, Raffles University, Neemrana, District- Alwar (Rajasthan) in August 2022, Dr. Roopesh Kumar has worked in many renowned Law Colleges and Universities including Law College, Dehradun (Uttaranchal University), Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, Noida International University, Greater Noida and Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune’s Institute of Mgmt. and Research, New Delhi. He has around 13 years of teaching experience and has published five national and international research papers in different reputed Journals. Areas of his teaching interest are Jurisprudence, International Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, and Business law.
